Must gather all 7 Dragonballs.
3. Chant required.
4. Only one wish per year.
5. Dragonballs turn into
stone and scatter around the Earth (after wish is granted).
6. Ask Shenlong your wish.
7. Anyone can be revived
who didn't die as a cause of natural death.
8. Person can't be revive more than once.
9. If Kami dies the
Dragonballs turned to stone.
NEW EARTH DRAGON BALLS

1. Can only grant wishes
within the creators power.
2. Must gather all seven Dragon balls.
3. Chant required.
4. Grants 3 wishes.
5. Can only wish a person back to life once.
6. Dragonballs turn into stone and scatter around the Earth (after
wish is granted).
7. Anyone can be revived who didn't die as a cause of natural death.
8. Can bring back groups
of people
9. If Dende dies the Dragonballs are turned into stone.
FOR DRAGON BALLS ON NAMEK
1. Must gather all seven Dragon Balls.
2. Chant required in the Namek language.
3. Wishes must be said in
the Namek language.
4. Only three wishes per summoning of Puronga (Eternal Dragon of Namek).
5. After the
wishes are made, Puronga will disappear, the Dragon Balls will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone
for 130 days.
6. Puronga cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the Dragon Balls.
7.
You can revive anyone multiple times, as long as he/she did not die of natural causes.
8. You can only revive one
person per wish.

2. You get 3 Wishes only.

4. Recieve Any Wish Asked For.
